At Klean AF, we want you to love your fragrance. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns

Accepted:

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Products with intact seals and labels
  • Items purchased directly from kleanaf.com

Not Accepted:

  • Opened or used fragrances (due to hygiene regulations)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@kleanaf.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back in its original condition

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different fragrance, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@kleanaf.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
